Ask Other People What You're Good At

1 min read

Want to know a shortcut to heightened self-awareness?

Ask other people what you're good at.

You can also ask them what you're bad at.

In fact, you could even send them a short survey.

But whatever you do, find out what other people's opinion/judgment of you is.

Not just anyone. People that know you well. Friends, enemies, family, colleagues.

And not just any kind of questions. Aim for meaningful questions and answers.

It may give you an unexpected confidence boost.

It may provide you with some uncomfortable truths that cause you to feel shame, embarassment or ... incredulity!

But at least then you know.

And then you have the power to change, improve, grow.

...

Do it!
