Do natural born leaders exist?
Or is leadership simply a skill that is developed?
I think it's the latter.
But how do you define 'leadership' as a skill?
You can't.
Rather, it's made up of several skills.
You'll likely have heard alot of buzz words surrounding what leadership means.
Here's a dictionary version:
to lead:
to go before or with to show the way to conduct by holding and guiding
What this makes me think being a leader is:
Being an example
Being supportive & encouraging
Giving others a safe space to learn, grow and develop
Dare to be a leader.
The world could do with more.
