Another behaviour I will be discontinuing this year is that of attempting to demolish large tasks in one big time-chunk. As much as I like the idea of this, the time-chunks never seem to be large enough, resulting feelings of demotivation, frustration and an increase in the amount of overwhelm I feel. (not good feelings)
Little and often is the key.
The hardest part, as you probably know, is getting started.
So just get started. And keep hacking away. And you'll accomplish even more than you thought you would.
