Do you have things that you do every day no matter what?

How did they become non-negotiable?

Mine this month have been praying, journalling, publishing a daily blog post and writing down 3 things I'm grateful for.

I like how they've eased into my life. I don't feel constrained, pressured or annoyed at the thought of having to do them. And I'm wondering how I got this stage.

One thing I do is have a tracking page in my bullet journal - I simply put an X in the column for the designated activity

Quite simple really.

But surprisingly effective.

And now they've just become part of my routine.

I had also planned to read and meditate daily, but they turned out to be negotiable.
