Who? Everyone?
Sure.
But especially those that hurt you.
The ones who remind you of your sensitive spots.
Who feel the need to let you know that you're not a perfect ten.
That you have disordered eating.
An "interesting" way of working.
"Strange" habits.
Who continually make subtle jibes about the many ways that you are different.
Weird.
Single.
Childless.
Whatever it is.
Poking fun when your ambitious dreams are revealed.
Or worse, making patronising comments.
Hold your head up and smile.
Laugh.
Be proud that you have the courage to live your life.
Independent of the invisible bounds of social norms.
Or of the expectations of your parents.
Those people will never be happy.
Bitterness and discontent will consume them from the inside.
Pray for them.
They need it the most.
