Snapping out of Slumps

They happen.

Maybe for a reason.

But they're annoying, and I don't know if I can call myself an expert at getting out of them.

Change of scenery.

Movement.

Dry fasting and switching off from everything for a day.

Speaking with friends.

These kind of things usually help.

Sometimes these slumps are a prompt to let us know something needs to change in our life.

Keep moving, and you'll make your way out of it.

Stop, and you may just sink deeper.
