And over-deliver.

Even to yourself.

I have (had) a terrible habit of letting things build up.

The thing becomes bigger in my head than it is in reality.

If I just got started, the stress would instantly vanish.

But I distract myself.

Some internal program stops me from getting on with it, and I don't fully know why.

But.

It's a habit I'm determined to make "an former habit".

Being aware of it is the first step.

Understanding it, maybe the second.

Third...having a plan to adjust my behaviour.

One thing I think is asking less of yourself.

If the mountain seems like a hill, and you get up the hill no problem, you're more likely to keep going and scale the mountain.

Instead of looking at the peak of the mountain when you're at the bottom of the hill.

Looking forward to getting on with things in the second half of 2021.
