Harder than it used to be, probably.

Depending where you live, you may or may not be bombarded with many confusing messages.

Be vegan, don't be vegan.

Eat meat, don't eat meat.

Take supplements, don't take supplements.

Generally speaking, most of us our out of touch with how we were designed to be.

My advice?

Spend more time in nature, get in touch with your body, avoid stress.

Oh, and ignore 90% of what the government says about health.
